Refund Policy
WLSC Consulting Pte. Ltd. provides professional consulting services in the fields of data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence change management, and software development.
All services are delivered digitally and are customized according to the specific needs of each client project.
Due to the bespoke nature of consulting and software development services, once a project proposal or engagement agreement has been accepted by the client and work has commenced, the service is considered delivered on a best-effort basis and is not eligible for return.
Refunds may be issued only in cases where services cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to WLSC Consulting Pte. Ltd., and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
